Member Reservation Instructions
In order to receive your 15% discount…
Click “Apply Promo or Voucher” when booking and enter your member number, click “apply,” and then click “continue.”
See example below for where to click to apply your discount.

***Important Note*** If you are booking a date that occurs after your membership expires, the discount will not apply, but you can still make the early reservation. And if necessary, RENEW TODAY.
Please note, you may experience slow load times on our website due to high web traffic when first open reservations for the season. We have notified our booking host of this anticipated peak demand, and they will make every effort to expand server capacity at noon.
Should you have any technical problems, please shoot us an email at info@vermonthuts.org, and we will get back to you ASAP. If you try to call us, please note that we probably won’t be able to answer (again, email is best), but we will listen and respond to every voicemail in the order in which it was received. We cannot take reservations over the phone at this time.
