Description

Built around 1930 and restored in 2016, Bryant Camp offers renters rustic accommodations in the backwoods of Bolton Valley, Vermont. Located in Mount Mansfield State Forest, the camp is within Bolton Valley Resort’s network of cross country ski and snowshoe trails. Starting at Bolton’s Nordic and Sports Center, renters can enjoy a mile hike or ski via the Bryant Trail (part of the Catamount Trail) in order to reach the camp.

Accommodations include an unfurnished sleeping loft for up to eight guests, woodstove, firewood, and composting privy. There is no electricity or running water.

Please be aware, the cabin is not insulated and will never get as warm as your home. When spending a night at Bryant Camp, come prepared with the gear and sleeping bags to keep you warm as if you were camping.

Weekend rates (Friday – Sunday): $97 / night. Weekday rates (Monday – Thursday): $77 / night. Green Mountain Club Members can receive a 20% discount. Sorry, your Vermont Huts membership discount is currently not valid at Bryant Camp. For more information, visit the Green Mountain Club website.

Bryant Camp is rented August 1st through March 31st. The cabin is closed from April 1st through July 31st each year to protect the excessively wet site. For reservations, please click the “book now” button below. You can call the Green Mountain Club at (802) 241-8210 for any questions about the cabin. GMC does not offer a waitlist for reservations. Due to the camp’s high winter demand, renters are encouraged to book the cabin on the day reservations become available for the following winter season or visit this site periodically to check on camp availability.
